They were perfect!!!! In every way. From working with Brittany on the phone to place the order, to having it delivered to The Grand, to it being a raving success and surprise. Well Not only was I look for some Mother’s Day bouquets but was interested in interviewing this place for a school project. I understood that it would possibly be a chance I wouldn’t be able to. However customer service was RUDE. There was no need for the unnecessary tone in which the person responded. I asked nicely and truthfully, it could have been said a lot nice that this week was a busy week for you. I will gladly take my service to House of Flowers who have been more than glad to accommodate delivering a bouquet to my mother. On top of excellent customer service. I really hope you don’t speak to other customers the way you did to me. Really was expecting buy some from here but everyone save yourself your money and buy from house of flowers in Oshkosh, AMAZING WORK
